Q: Where are your goods shipped from?

We have our own warehouse in Shanghai and Shenzhen of China, so we shipped your goods from Shanghai or Shenzhen , China. You may rest assured, no matter where your item is sent , we are committed to providing the same high standard service.

Q: How do I make a purchase?

Shopping at Buytra is easy: Find your favourite item, click 'Add to Cart' button; and then, this is a pop window show you Item successfully added to your cart ( for British customer, cart same as your shopping basket ), you can Go to Checkout or  Continue shopping more

Once you checkout go to cart page, you can checkout via Paypal  or via your Credit card through Paypal.com website.

 

Q: What are your shipping costs and policies?

Buytra ships worldwide from our warehouse in shenzhen,Shanghai, China.

Orders placed by internet, or email will be shipped within 72 hours.

We offer three choice.Free shipping ,Normal shipping($2.00) and DHL/EMS($25) shipping method.

Over $100.00 us dollars for free shipping.

Generally,All orders are shipped express mail between 2 business days after confirming transaction.

Q: Can I track my package online?

Yes, after shipping out your order, a tracking number will be sent to you via email. If you do not receive a tracking number within 2~3 business days (for more details go here ), please contact us . We will gladly confirm your order and provide you with a tracking number.

Q: What are my payment options?

PayPal and credit card (Visa / MasterCard),wire transfer are available at Buytra

Q: How can I know you received my order & when will payment be deducted?

After you place your order, you will be sent an email confirming that it has been received.

Your card will only be debited at time of dispatch. In the rare instance that any of the items you have ordered are not available, we will contact you by email and will only charge your credit card for the value of the items in stock.

Q: Is there a warranty on your products?

We guarantee that all goods purchased on Buytra will be free exchange from defects in manufacture and workmanship for a period of 2 months. If you have any problems with your purchased items within the warranty period, send it back to us and we will send a brand new replacement back with no questions asked.

Q: What is the return policy?

If you are not satisfied with our product within 7 days of receiving, you can return it for a full refund except shipping costs. For further information regarding the exact procedures, please contact us . Do not return any products without prior notification

Please note that you will not be charged for any out of stock items. You will only be charged for items that will be shipped.
